If you choose not to exercise your option to purchase, you may return the vehicle to the dealership where it was acquired. In doing so, you are responsible for the cost to repair any excess wear & tear plus any excess kilometre charges, as applicable. If there is a shortfall between the wholesale value of the vehicle and the contractual residual value, you are also responsible for this amount plus applicable taxes.
